Pizza Hut Cards can be used for online orders at participating locations. If a restaurant accepts the Pizza Hut Card as a form of payment, it will be an option during checkout. It is not necessary to keep your gift card once the value has been depleted.

Pizza Hut is transitioning from legacy gift cards to a new gift card experience. While existing (old) gift cards will still be honored, how and where they can be used depends on the type of gift card you have.

Old Gift Card (Legacy):
• 12-digit card number
• 4-digit PIN

New Gift Card:
• 16-digit card number
• 8-digit PIN

Old Pizza Hut gift cards with a 12-digit card number and 4-digit PIN can only be used for in-store payments at participating Pizza Hut locations.

Carryout Orders:
Customers should select Pay in Store during checkout and present the gift card at the restaurant to complete payment.

Delivery Orders:
Old gift cards cannot be used for delivery payments. Customers will need to select a different payment method.

No. Old (12-digit) gift cards cannot be redeemed online or in the Pizza Hut app. They are only accepted in store at the time of payment.

There is no change to how these gift cards work. Pizza Hut gift cards that start with a 4 and include a CVV2 number will continue to function as they do today. Customers can use them anywhere they are accepted by entering the card number and CVV2 in the credit card field.
