Can I buy a Pizza Hut Card for someone and have it mailed directly to him/her?
When you purchase a Pizza Hut Card at a restaurant, you will have to mail the card yourself. When you purchase a Pizza Hut Card online, you may have Pizza Hut mail the card to the recipient.
Can I use my Pizza Hut Card at any Pizza Hut restaurant?
You may use it at any participating Pizza Hut location in the United States. It is not redeemable for alcohol or Pizza Hut Cards. We recommend you call the restaurant to verify that they accept the card.
Can I reload my Pizza Hut Card when the value on the card is low?
Yes, you can reload Pizza Hut Cards marked as reloadable. Just visit any participating Pizza Hut location to add value to your card. Your card can be loaded in increments of $5 (up to $100).
Can I give my Pizza Hut Card to someone else to use when I’m not present?
The Pizza Hut Card is NOT tied to a specific person and is fully transferable so you can share the card with friends or family or even give the card to another person.
If I misplace or lose my Pizza Hut Card, can I get a replacement card or a refund?
Lost, stolen, or damaged Pizza Hut Cards will not be canceled and replaced without the required proof of purchase. Required proof of purchase includes an original store receipt or a printed confirmation page (online order).
Does my Pizza Hut Card ever expire?
No. The Pizza Hut Card does not expire even if the card states otherwise.
Are dormancy fees applied to my Pizza Hut Card account?
No. No dormancy fees will be applied even if the card states otherwise.
Can I use the Pizza Hut Card to pay for my delivery order?
Yes, when the order arrives at your door, present the Pizza Hut Card so the Pizza Hut driver can make an imprint. You keep the card.
Can I use a credit card to pay for a Pizza Hut Card?
Yes, we accept credit cards as payment for Pizza Hut Card purchases, both online and at participating restaurants. Accepted credit card types vary by location.
Should I keep my Pizza Hut Card even though it has no value?
Yes, you can reload your card again later, if it is marked as reloadable. Visit any participating Pizza Hut location to reload your card.
I don't have enough value left on my Pizza Hut Card to pay for my entire order. Can I use my Pizza Hut Card and another form of payment to pay for my order?
You can pay for part of your order with the Pizza Hut Card and the remainder of the order with an alternate form of payment like cash, check, or credit card.
